The inspiration for this project stemmed from a desire to create a space where community and connection thrive and to foster an inclusive community to all. We recognized the increasing intertwining of personal and professional lives, particularly among artists, writers, and freelancers, and sought to design an environment that supports and celebrates this interconnectedness by converging dwelling and co-working functionalities into a harmonious union.
Moreover, our blueprint champions inclusivity, offering an open community hub accessible to all. Here, residents and passersby alike can immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of our continuous public gallery space, strategically located on the ground floor. This thoughtful arrangement fosters a fluid interplay between urban dynamics and residential comfort, nurturing soft and mutually enriching connections.
